About Us

Referral Staffing was founded in 2000 by Kevin Cole, a 30-year veteran of the accounting and financial staffing industry. Kevin graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College, magna cum laude, with a degree in accounting. After becoming a CPA and spending several years in both public accounting and private industry, he joined Washington's largest financial staffing firm, Don Richard Associates and became a partner at the age of 36. Subsequently, he became a regional director of Acsys, the fifth largest financial staffing firm in the US before its sale in 2000.
"Good people know other good people," says Kevin. It is on this principle that he founded Referral Staffing. "We truly enjoy building relationships and helping both individuals and companies find that perfect fit. It's through the power of referrals that we are able to find and represent the highest quality candidates in the industry."
